Shoe God Christian Louboutin has created a pair of heels, just right for Barbie's perpetually perched feet, and fashion designers like Alexander Wang, Donna Karan & Calvin Klein have been tapped to swath the plastic princess - and her real-life counterparts - in their best duds.
