Wacky fashion never looked better. With the Dominican Republic's Arlenis Sosa as the cover muse, Time magazine throws its two-cents into the ongoing debate about the effect of the dour economy on the industry, and about the future of fashion & luxury as we know it.
Heavy issues aside (aren't we already inundated with economic issues, already?!), Ms. Sosa looks fab., and I believe this cover heralds her official post as one of the current top models - black or white.
Even with those pagoda-esque, omnipresent Balmain inspired shoulders, and the exotic/surreal bronzed look, she's stunning. Good for you, girl!
