Resort/Swim week brings out the best in everyone, because you can't help but think about lounging by a pool or heading off to some far flung island locale in the swimwear, sheaths, and gauzy caftans that will be certainly on parade.
From the recently concluded Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim that was held in spicy Miami, the collection from designer TIBI was the main one to catch my eye, with all those bold, Pucci-esque prints and airy materials.
