I am so loving this! Beyond the fact that Bambu is more of a smokers thing (it's the quintessential wrapping paper brand for Tobacco, Ganja, Cloves, et al) you have to admit that the vintage insignia of the company is uber-chic.
And even if you don't smoke, and you're not clued in to all the paraphernalia, the image is still a commonplace one; next time you're at the snacket or corner shop, look behind the shopkeeper's shelf, and you're sure to see a stray packet or two of the wraps somewhere.
So to have the dapper Bambu dude on a Tee just feels like such a stylish throwback! The long-standing company has expanded into the apparel business, with the launch of their first clothing line, Bambu Apparel.
At present, the collection offers mostly Tees that were inspired by the company's vintage and classic merchandise materials - old posters, promo Tees, and the like - but any top you select will definitely be kitschy-cool enough to rock with worn denim cutoffs, gladiator heels, and a jaunty hat.
