Au Courant for Dazed & Confused Magazine!

That's Au Courant, right there!

Someone sent me word of this Fashion blog awards that's currently being hosted by high-end Magazine, Dazed & Confused, (and DazedDigital.com, in association with fashion line G-Star) thinking that I should enter Au Courant, because of our original Caribbean & International fashion coverage.

And I did!

In a nutshell, Dazed & Confused (D&C) is hosting the awards as a sort of tribute to independent bloggers, so for the next two weeks or so, bloggers can enter the promotion online, and at the end of the process, D&C will select 15 blogs that feature Fashion, Music, Arts & Culture, and such.

Once the 15 finalists in each category is selected (which will be around the 1st of July) it's open season, and you can then log on to their site and vote for your favorite blog. The final category winners will receive some cool press in an upcoming issue of D&C, along with some sweet items from G-Star.

So I'm not going to badger you for your vote, but I would love you evermore if you did put in your two cents for Au Courant - if only because the Caribbean Fashion scene would gain extra exposure, if we were to be selected!

As it gets closer to the time, I'll post some more info and directions on voting. And now, time to come off my fashion soapbox...
